Collection of access data and log files

We, or our hosting provider, on the basis of our legitimate interests as defined in Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. f. DSGVO, collect data about every access to the server on which this service is located (so-called server log files). The access data includes the name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, transferred data volume, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited site), IP address and the requesting provider.

This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file for security reasons (e.g. to clarify misuse or fraudulent actions). Data whose further storage is required for evidential purposes is excluded from deletion until the respective incident has been finally clarified.

We store access data permanently only in anonymised form. These serve as a basis for statistical evaluations, which we use to optimise our offer. The anonymised data of the server log files are stored separately from all personal data provided by a person concerned.
